Jade was born in Quebec. At the age of 8 her family moved to California, a year later she moved back to Canada to Ontario. 5 years later, once again to California before settling down in the beautiful Okanagan valley. Jade’s passion for Massage Therapy started when she was in her teens. Her mother practiced massage which sparked her interest. She was inspired with the changes that could be made in someone’s life with simply using your hands.

As she began her course in Registered Massage Therapy she grew more and more enthused as she learned exactly how she could help people. Through school Jade learned how to treat many different conditions including but not limited to: whiplash, low back pain, TMJ, headaches/migraines, shoulder/hip pain, plantar fasciitis, hip flexor issues to name a few.

When Jade isn’t spending her time improving someone’s quality of life, she’s often in the wilderness. Having many outdoor hobbies such as hiking, biking, fishing, canoeing, swimming, and camping to name a few. Jade also enjoys a good music show or a quiet movie night.

Jordan was introduced to massage therapy after recovering from a snowboarding accident which left him with a prognosis of lifelong chronic pain. While being treated with massage therapy for his own injuries, Jordan became fascinated with the amount of anatomical knowledge his RMT had and was amazed at the results from treatment. With the combination of yoga, therapeutic exercise and massage therapy, Jordan recovered from chronic pain.

Jordan decided that he would pursue a career in Massage Therapy, and attended the 3000 hour RMT program at Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy and graduated in 2011. After practicing at Squamish Physiotherapy for several years, Jordan relocated to Kelowna to be closer to family.

In 2016, Jordan founded Mission Health and Wellness in Kelowna, BC. He uses massage therapy to treat patients with a wide range of conditions.

Jordan has additional training in the assessment and treatment of the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine and has participated in manual therapy research for frozen shoulder. Jordan also has training in osteopathic treatment of nerve impingement, to help patients recover from numbness and tingling. Whiplash has been a major focus of Jordan’s practice, as he regularly treats patients injured in motor vehicle accidents.

While not at the office, Jordan spends much of his time studying and reading, doing self-care (therapeutic exercise, yoga, meditation), snowboarding, spending time with friends and family, cooking, and traveling. He supervises the RMT student clinic at Vancouver Career College Kelowna campus and has a passion for sharing what he has learned and studied with his patients and students.
